Apollo is seeking a skilled Staff Service Designer to join our remote team. As a leader in sales intelligence, Apollo provides a dynamic platform designed to empower sales professionals. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to design and enhance innovative services from anywhere in the United States.

Job Overview

Design and optimize service experiences for Apollo's sales intelligence platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
Lead service design initiatives to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve end-to-end service delivery processes.
Develop service blueprints and journey maps to visualize user interactions.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
Champion best practices in service design within the organization.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in service design, preferably in SaaS or sales intelligence.
Expertise in user research and experience mapping.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with design tools such as Miro, Figma, or Sketch.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
