Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience with IT systems and applications
Experience with Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, and O365
VPN technologies and end-user computing peripherals
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+; MS-900 preferred
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and troubleshooting abilities
