Figma is seeking a talented Strategic Finance professional to join our remote team in the United States. As a vital member of our finance department, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making that support Figma’s growth. This full-time role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic design platform used by teams worldwide.

Job Overview

Contribute to the financial strategy of a leading design platform.
Work remotely with cross-functional teams across the U.S.
Support business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
Analyze business performance and identify key growth opportunities.
Support budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation processes.
Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to guide strategic decisions.
Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience working with SaaS or technology companies preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
