Plaid is seeking a dedicated Consumer Support Specialist to join our remote team, helping shape the future of financial services. As a key member of our support department, you will provide exceptional assistance to consumers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless user experience. This is a full-time, remote opportunity available to candidates across the United States.

Job Overview

Provide timely and professional support to Plaid consumers via various communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and account-related issues.
Advocate for consumer needs while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to consumer inquiries and troubleshoot common issues.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation.
Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in financial services.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with support tools and CRM systems.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced setting.
