Job Overview

• Remote Systems Engineer position within a dynamic MSP.
• Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with CTO, technicians, and clients to deliver robust solutions.
• Drive service quality, efficiency, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement complex IT solutions including Office 365 and Azure infrastructure.
• Provide advanced technical support and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage and oversee multiple technical projects, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Act as primary client liaison and ensure clear, effective communication.
• Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date client and internal records.
• Mentor and train team members on project management and best practices.
• Champion workflow best practices and continuous improvement.
• Assist with client onboarding, migrations, and assessments.
• Monitor team progress, resource allocation, and project goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing complex IT systems.
• Expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Apple operating systems.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional client communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote settings.
• Experience with online tools: ZenDesk, Asana, OneNote.
• Technical certifications (current and continuous learning required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move equipment as needed.
• Reliable high-speed home internet and compliant mobile device with data plan.
