Olo is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Sourcer to join our team remotely from anywhere within the United Kingdom. As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top technical talent to support Olo’s mission of powering online ordering for restaurants. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact on our growing organization.

Job Overview

Source and attract qualified technical candidates for various roles across Olo.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements.
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and tools to build robust talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and pre-screen potential technical candidates through various channels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and sourcing records.
Work with hiring teams to define and refine position requirements.
Promote Olo’s employer brand to attract top talent in the United Kingdom.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in technical sourcing or recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
