Job Overview
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Help Scout customers globally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our customer service software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with users of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and educational resources.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge with the broader team.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with international teams across time zones.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
