Help Scout is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. Job Overview

Provide exceptional technical support to Help Scout customers globally.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our customer service software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with users of varying technical backgrounds.
Contribute to our knowledge base and educational resources.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other channels.
Diagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
Document solutions and share knowledge with the broader team.
Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with customer service software platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable collaborating with international teams across time zones.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
