Job Overview

Support clients with equipment and tool rental needs through digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Leverage digital solutions, such as Total Control® and mobile apps, to optimize worksite productivity.
Promote safety and compliance across all remote operations.
Provide 24/7 support and effective communication with clients and team members globally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate remote equipment rental transactions using digital tools.
Provide expert support and troubleshooting for clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist in the implementation of digital solutions for worksite efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in every interaction.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet client requirements and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer support, rental services, or related fields.
Strong technical proficiency with digital platforms, dashboards, and mobile applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
