1Password is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Zendesk to lead our customer support operations. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates residing in Canada or the United States. As part of the world's most-loved password manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service and support for our users.

Job Overview

Lead and manage the Zendesk support team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure optimal performance of support systems.
Drive process improvements to enhance support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor and report on key support metrics.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the Zendesk support staff.
Develop and implement support best practices.
Analyze support workflows and recommend improvements.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
Coordinate with product and engineering teams for issue escalation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience managing Zendesk or similar support platforms.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in remote environments.
Knowledge of customer support metrics and reporting.
Familiarity with SaaS products and password management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
