Crm Problem-solving Real Estate Sales Sales targets Salesforce Verbal communication

Assisting homeowners with financing solutions for their home renovation projects. Calling homeowners who have requested more information from RenoFi. Educating homeowners on the process of obtaining a renovation loan through RenoFi. Managing the entire renovation loan process, from initial outreach all the way to close. Working cross functionally with our operations team to ensure loans get processed in a timely manner. Following the RenoFi sales playbook and processes to achieve sales targets each month. Working with RenoFi-provided customers to offer 1st and 2nd mortgage renovation financing solutions. Building a book of self-sourced referral business from realtors, contractors, builders, financial advisors, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist homeowners with financing solutions for home renovation projects
  • Educate homeowners on the process of obtaining a renovation loan through RenoFi
  • Manage the entire renovation loan process from initial outreach to close
  • Work with operations team to ensure timely loan processing
  • Follow RenoFi sales playbook to achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications
  • DRE Real Estate Salesperson License with at least 2 years holding this license
  • Passing results on, or the ability to pass, the SAFE test
  • Renovation Lending experience preferred
  • Insatiable hunger to learn and master new concepts
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving ability
  • Unrivaled verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working within a CRM-centered, defined sales process
  • MLO Endorsement performing and managing mortgage loan origination activities (preferred)
