Accounts Receivable Excel Hubspot Quickbooks

As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for owning revenue recognition across all streams including workshops, books, content, and services. Ensuring compliance with GAAP and ASC 606 guidelines, reviewing and approving deferred revenue schedules, and partnering with the CFO/Controller for accurate revenue balances during close. This role also entails mentoring staff, reconciling revenue across systems and CRM integrations, and exposure to various revenue models.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue recognition for workshops, books, content, and services
Ensure GAAP and ASC 606 compliance
Review and approve deferred revenue schedules and amortization entries
Partner with the CFO/Controller on close for accurate revenue balances
Escalate complex revenue questions and edge cases

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–7 years progressive revenue accounting experience
Experience with ASC 606/GAAP and accrual accounting
Accounts receivable and deferred revenue expertise
Experience reconciling revenue across systems and CRM integrations (HubSpot, QuickBooks)
Mentoring staff and strong Excel skills
Hands-on process builder with exposure to multiple revenue models
CPA or CPA-track is a plus
