Financial Acumen Project Management

The Reverse Logistics Manager will own and execute the reverse logistics roadmap and oversee global product recovery operations. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Legal, Regulatory Policy, Reliability Engineering, and Manufacturing, to ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead synchronization meetings with cross-functional teams.
Partner with IT to automate real-time data visibility for asset flows.
Manage timelines for international initiatives, recycling programs, and 3rd Party Service Provider (3PSP) onboarding.
Define and standardize end-to-end manufacturing documentation for reconditioned assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, or operations, specifically in reverse logistics, hardware refurbishment, or asset recovery.
Understanding of electro-mechanical assembly, Design of Experiments (DOE), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Experience in regulated environments and global environmental standards (e.g., WEEE, Battery Directives).
Able to translate complex technical information into executive updates and drive consensus.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and landed-cost improvements.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
