RF Radar Systems Engineer

Job Overview

Lead end-to-end RF & Radar systems projects (mmWave) to production. Collaborate with hardware, embedded, software, product teams and partners. Drive mmWave innovation, EM simulations, and layout optimizations. Embed Design for Cost (DfX), FMEA, and manufacturing methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred
• 15+ years RF hardware design experience in wireless devices and sensors
• mmWave & Radar expertise: RF/mmWave hardware, phased array, FMCW radar for human-sensing
• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro/Capture, HFSS, and Keysight ADS
• Experience in Tx/Rx specs flow-down, noise analysis, IC/pack co-design
