Job Overview

Join our team as a Risk Engineering Software Engineer to develop innovative solutions that automate risk workflows using Go services and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Go services that integrate with LLMs to automate risk workflows.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools and turn experiments into production.
• Design prompts for risk classification, control mapping, and policy interpretation.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM quality, hallucinations, and determinism.
• Automate risk workflows including triage, remediation, and exceptions with internal systems.
• Improve prompt performance with iterative evaluation loops.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years building and operating production systems at scale in Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Go and Python.
• Active use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot.
• Comfort experimenting with LLM APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Experience with APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
