Job Overview

Lead day-to-day ROI and HIM operations, ensuring consistent execution against defined KPIs. Monitor operational performance, backlog, turnaround times, and quality metrics. Drive operational improvements within existing workflows to improve KPI performance. Perform root-cause analysis on operational issues and escalate systemic findings with clear data and context.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in ROI or HIM operations
Strong knowledge of HIPAA and behavioral health privacy requirements
Demonstrated ownership of KPIs
Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
Collaborative nature and ability to work well in team settings
