Pallon is revolutionizing sewer and manhole inspection through advanced artificial intelligence, enabling rapid, objective defect analysis for network operators, inspection companies, and engineering firms. As an Account Executive focused on East Germany, you will drive new business growth, build customer relationships, and contribute to innovative infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities via outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, direct calls).
  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs.
  • Manage and nurture prospects through consistent engagement and follow-up across the sales pipeline.
  • Deliver tailored product demos to decision-makers and communicate ROI of Pallon's solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding.
  • Self-source at least six $25K+ opportunities monthly and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Document all sales activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM for effective tracking and forecasting.
  • Adapt messaging based on feedback, continuously improve, and stay current with industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure.
  • Proven record of closing $25K+ deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with experience running product demos and ROI-based presentations.
  • Ability to self-source leads and drive outbound efforts proactively.
  • Excellent adaptability, coachability, and a growth mindset.
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to work within a timezone same or +/- 1 hour from Zurich.
  • Must have or obtain a valid work permit for the country of residence.
  • Interest in contributing positively to society and the environment.
  • Desire to be part of a motivated, fun, and supportive team with ESOP participation.
