Join SureDone as a SaaS E-Commerce Account Executive (B2B) and help e-commerce sellers scale their businesses through cutting-edge automation and standardization. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to drive new business and grow your sales career by owning the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing—while supporting e-commerce companies in optimizing their operations. Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, qualify, and pursue e-commerce companies through outbound prospecting.
Own and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals.
Build strong relationships through effective networking, communication, and consultative selling.
Conduct product demonstrations and tailor presentations to client needs.
Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM.
Attend trade shows, association meetings, and travel to meet prospects as required.
Contribute to and update the sales playbook with best practices and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in B2B SaaS or e-commerce.
Strong outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience with multichannel e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) highly preferred.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage the entire sales process independently.
Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar sales management tools.
Startup environment experience; comfortable with autonomy and flexible schedules.
Ethical approach to sales with a focus on win-win outcomes.
Technical knowledge of the auto/moto industry is a strong plus.
