Act as a consultant to match prospect needs with homes and features. Own your pipeline: prospect, hunt, and capture leads via networking. Guide prospects through the Havenpark Sales Matrix; perform credit checks and payments. Maintain knowledge of Havenpark products, competition, and local market demographics. Cultivate resident satisfaction and referrals; help renters become owners. Partner with Community Managers and Sales leaders to refine strategies. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday with flexibility to meet client needs.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate, new home sales, or B2C).
Skills: Coachability, high emotional intelligence, polished communication, CRM, Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands: Walk community grounds and lift supplies as needed.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
