Pipeline Management Prospecting

Job Overview

Sales Upskilling: build foundations in prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and closing; speak to senior B2B stakeholders and work to clear targets.

Engaging decision-makers: speak with professionals at enterprise tech companies, understand challenges, and recommend events, memberships, and learning solutions.

Owning deals end-to-end: own pipeline from first contact through to close; accountability and using feedback to improve week by week.

Product mastery: develop knowledge of events, memberships, and education ecosystem for confident cross-selling.

Collaboration & feedback: work with marketing, product, community and customer success teams, operating with autonomy while knowing when to ask for support.
