Job Overview

As the Sr. Director of Sales & CS Operations, you will be the CRO's operating partner, leading various strategic initiatives to drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Run sales cadence and translate insights into actions
Lead global deal desk and pricing governance
Modernize quote-to-cash process
Lead territory and capacity planning
Operationalize AI in the field
Nurture partner co-sell initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

8-12+ years in Sales Ops within SaaS at a global enterprise scale
Proven ownership of deal desk, pricing governance, territory/capacity management, CPQ
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, DocuSign, Clari, ERP integrations, Snowflake BI
Strong commercial and financial acumen with expertise in margin analysis and accounting standards
Excellent executive communication and data-driven storytelling skills
