Job Overview

Drive outbound sales efforts and partner with Account Executives to expand ElevenLabs’ client base.
Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to generate new business opportunities and experiences at scale.
Work in a remote-first, global team culture focused on rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential leads and prospects within targeted markets.
Initiate outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Develop and implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
Collaborate with Account Executives to exchange insights and refine strategies based on feedback.
Monitor and report KPIs, analyzing data to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven record of securing new business meetings.
Proficiency in building and scaling opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets.
Experience using a full suite of prospecting tools.
Ability to nurture and support team growth.
Strong curiosity and analytical skills, with a solution-driven mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Effective time management and organizational skills for handling high lead volumes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
