This position involves prospecting into high school districts, colleges, and other institutions through outreach. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-volume, multichannel outreach across phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads. They will also be required to test and refine messaging with A/B testing and multichannel campaigns, research target accounts, and personalize outreach to break through buying processes. Additionally, logging outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools (HubSpot) for reporting and visibility is expected. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategy is an essential aspect of this role.
The candidate should have 1+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role, experience managing a complex pipeline with longer sales cycles (3–6 months), proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, self-motivation, a drive to succeed, knack for building relationships, and be based in Austin, TX with openness to a hybrid work model.
