Sales Enablement Senior Manager

Job Overview

• Lead and manage a remote sales enablement team supporting SDR, AE, SC, and AM functions.
• Design and implement scalable training programs on Value Selling, Sales Process, Discovery, Demos, and Negotiation.
• Drive alignment between enablement initiatives and company-wide business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, project-driven team culture in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Champion best practices in instructional design and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that support global revenue teams.
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver impactful enablement programs at scale.
• Utilize project management frameworks (e.g., SCRUM, OKRs) to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement initiatives with business goals and performance metrics.
• Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of enablement efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales, coaching, or enablement experience in B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years managing remote teams across multiple time zones and regions.
• Experience in Series A-F SaaS companies and supporting revenue growth milestones ($200m+).
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies (SCRUM, OKRs).
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, asynchronous, and flexible work environment.
