The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in navigating complex sales cycles, creating customized BPO solutions, and negotiating profitable commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new logos in target sectors
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Create and present value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to each prospect
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at C-suite and senior levels
  • Collaborate with solution architects and SMEs to design customized BPO solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years enterprise sales experience, 5+ years in BPO services sales
  • Proven success closing large-scale BPO contracts (1M+ annual contract value)
  • New logo acquisition in banking, finance, healthcare, or customer care sectors
  • Deep understanding of BPO operations, delivery models, and industry best practices
  • Extensive experience selling in US markets with knowledge of regional practices and regulations
