Job Overview
  • Lead sales operations and GTM (Go-to-Market) strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize sales processes to support business growth and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class sales strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Apollo's sales organization.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives and drive results.
  • Manage CRM and other sales enablement tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in sales operations, GTM strategy, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.
