Job Overview

Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps on requirements, UAT, and data hygiene. Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize workflows as the business grows.

Responsibilities
  • Cross-functionally improve Renewals outcomes via process redesign and systems.
  • Develop and monitor operational metrics; translate insights into actions.
  • Govern Renewals related Sales Policies; ensure clarity and global compliance.
  • Champion Samsara culture while scaling a global Renewals org.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years in ops/analytics/strategy roles supporting sales.
  • Strong organization and judgment; manage complex projects end-to-end.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional influence.
  • Experience partnering with senior/executive leadership.
  • Strong judgment; proactive in a fast-paced environment.
