Data Migration Salesforce Troubleshooting

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to work directly with customers, making declarative changes in their Salesforce organizations while following proper QA and launch procedures. This role involves collaboration with clients to design effective Salesforce solutions that enhance user efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to implement declarative changes in Salesforce orgs.
Collaborate with customers to design Salesforce solutions to improve user efficiency.
Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration issues.
Collaborate with Customer Success teams to achieve the future state for client organizations.
Perform standard Salesforce admin tasks including managing users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards.
Build time-saving automations using Salesforce Flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce experience as an IT leader, admin, or consultant.
1+ year of Salesforce automation experience with strong knowledge of Flow.
Strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills; Advanced Admin certification preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across Application, Database, Network, and Integration layers.
Experience in setting up users, profiles, roles, and configuring reports and dashboards.
Data migration experience to Salesforce using CSV/SQL and Apex Data Loader.
Familiarity with FinancialForce or Accounting Seed; legal accounting knowledge is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
