Order to cash (otc) Requirements gathering Stakeholder Management

This position serves as the primary point of contact for Order to Cash (OTC) and Transportation Management (TM) initiatives, overseeing the functional and technical delivery from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for OTC and TM projects.
  • Own functional and technical delivery, ensuring successful design and deployment.
  • Engage with System Integration (SI) partners and business users to clarify requirements and identify risks.
  • Lead end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and monitor defect resolution.
  • Ensure accountability and efficiency of the SI team, both onshore and offshore.
  • Provide direction to internal and external teams, including documentation oversight.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC/TM within S/4HANA environments.
  • Proven global SAP project leadership experience in ecommerce or logistics.
  • Strong integration knowledge of OTC/TM processes with tax, pricing, rebates, and logistics.
  • Experience in managing SI delivery with service level agreements (SLA) and governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, CPIM, and SAP S/4HANA Functional Certification preferred.
