Job Overview

Provide trauma-informed interventions to support student mental health and academics through in-class counseling, crisis de-escalation, and data observation. Collaborate with the ESS multi-disciplinary team on activities and groups.

Responsibilities
  • Implement trauma-informed interventions to support student mental health and academic success
  • Provide in-class counseling and crisis de-escalation
  • Collaborate with the ESS multi-disciplinary team on activities and groups
  • Follow classroom management protocols and schedules
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years in mental health, preferably with youth ages 5-18
  • Crisis management experience with highly acute youth preferred
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Licensed Behavioral Therapist, preferred
