Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the test automation platform
• Build high-value automated coverage in high-risk areas
• Reduce flakiness and improve signal
• Strengthen CI/CD quality gates for faster feedback
• Support manual/exploratory testing when automation isn't appropriate

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong programming experience
• Experience with test frameworks, infrastructure, and CI/CD integration
• Knowledge of QA practices: test design, exploratory testing, defect tracking, planning
• Ability to diagnose failures, interpret reports and propose improvements
• Experience in deciding test architecture, coverage strategy, and maintainability
