Experience with phishing, impersonation, credential harvesting, and online fraud. Experience supporting technical evaluations, POCs, or presales is preferred. Understanding of internet infra: domains, DNS, hosting, redirects, attacker infra. Knowledge of security and fraud detection principles and attacker TTPs. Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to work independently or with others. Strong analytical and investigative mindset; problem-solving and hypothesis-driven. Strong written and verbal communication; document findings clearly. Security+ or GSEC certifications are a plus. Will to assist with time-sensitive investigations during presales.
