Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in Customer Experience and Conversational AI.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs’ product offerings and roadmap.
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
Track KPIs and sales performance, providing regular updates to the wider team.
Develop deep industry knowledge and represent ElevenLabs at campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–11 years of experience in value-based technology sales, preferably in Customer Experience or BPO sectors.
Proven ability to generate self-led pipeline and close deals with CXOs in the CX, Support, and BPO industry.
Strong ownership of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and account growth.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and sales reporting.
Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and product demos.
Deep market insight into the Indian CX, Support, and BPO industry.
Exceptional communication skills in English; network with SIs/consultancies is a plus.
Self-starter with a track record of high performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Experience in sales development activities such as campaigns and events.
Passion for AI technology and its business impact.
