Senior AI Researcher Healthcare

Apply ML/AI techniques including GenAI and LLM-based approaches in cloud SaaS for healthcare. Collaborate with product leaders, clinicians, data scientists, UI/UX researchers, and engineers to deliver value. Design, build, and evaluate AI/ML solutions using structured or unstructured healthcare data. Perform R&D to deliver production-ready model systems; data collection, cleaning, analysis, tuning, training, evaluation. Apply responsible AI evaluation practices; develop custom model performance metrics at scale. Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team culture across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/Math/Physics/Engineering with strong fundamentals in ML.

• Hands-on healthcare data experience (EHR, ADT, clinical notes).
• Python proficiency; SQL; Java or other languages useful.
• Experience with big data frameworks (Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark, Databricks).
