Senior AI/ML Researcher

Key Responsibilities

• Apply ML/AI techniques to healthcare model systems
• Collaborate with product, clinicians, data scientists, and engineers
• Research and experiment to deliver production-ready models
• Develop responsible AI metrics for quality, fairness, safety
• Conduct data cleaning, analysis, tuning, training, and evaluation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in CS/Math/Physics/Engineering
• Proven SaaS industry experience with multiple product releases
• Hands-on healthcare data experience (EHR, ADT, notes)
• Proficiency in Python; Java or other languages helpful
• Experience with SQL and data engineering for AI/ML apps
• Working with large datasets using Azure Data Lake, Spark, or Databricks
