Job Overview

As a Senior Analyst in UM Regulatory Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and processes related to regulatory compliance milestones in the healthcare industry. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting audits and exams, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects and processes for regulatory/compliance milestones
Partner with leadership to implement regulations and state filings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align action plans
Support audits (NCQA, MHPAEA, State) exams
Identify risks and resolve compliance gaps via regulatory actions
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

1+ year in utilization management, healthcare operations, and/or compliance
1+ year in Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite or MS Office
1+ year of process improvement or healthcare policy implementation
1+ year of interdepartmental collaboration with stakeholders to drive projects
