Job Overview

Seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager with expertise in B2B pipeline generation and multi-million budget management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting, tracking performance, and presenting results in monthly/quarterly reviews.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver B2B pipeline generation
Build lead scoring, funnel definitions, and pipeline attribution models
Implement MAP, ABM, and analytics
Develop ABM strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts
Scale channels: paid search, paid social, display, ABM, webinars

Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years experience in B2C & B2B demand gen
5+ years in B2B SaaS with enterprise focus
Proven zero-to-one demand gen experience
Deep expertise in ABM and hands-on experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven optimization
