Wellworks For You is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales team. As a leader in corporate wellness solutions, we empower organizations to enhance employee wellbeing, improve productivity, and foster healthier workplace cultures. This role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative wellness programs. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with healthcare brokers, benefit consulting firms, and industry partners. You will leverage multi-channel sales strategies, nurture leads generated through internal marketing, and source new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. The SBDM will represent Wellworks For You as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Drive sales of wellness programs using multi-channel approaches, including B2B, brokers, and resellers.
  • Nurture and qualify sales leads from marketing campaigns and outbound efforts.
  • Expand relationships with benefit consulting firms and industry partners.
  • Generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads to secure new contracts and support company growth.
  • Stay current with wellness and industry trends to provide consultative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and fulfillment of client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in selling to healthcare brokers or within the wellness/healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets in corporate wellbeing or benefits.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in technology and business software, especially HubSpot.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required; valid driver’s license.
  • Outgoing, responsive, and highly motivated to engage prospects by phone and online.
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to supporting internal teams and client success.
