Webflow is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Community Marketing Manager to join our team remotely anywhere in the United States. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering, engaging, and growing Webflow’s dynamic community while driving impactful marketing initiatives for our responsive web design platform, CMS, and hosting solutions.

Job Overview

As the Senior Community Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing an active and supportive community of Webflow users. You will develop and implement community-driven marketing strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and create meaningful connections that drive product adoption and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive community marketing strategies.
Engage with Webflow's user community across multiple channels.
Organize and host virtual and in-person community events.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to amplify community voices.
Measure, analyze, and report on community engagement and growth metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in community management or marketing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Webflow or similar web design platforms.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely within the United States.
