Pipe is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst for a full-time, remote position available anywhere in the United States. Join our innovative team to ensure regulatory compliance and support our mission of providing instant access to annual cash flow for businesses.

Job Overview

Full-time remote position within the United States
Lead compliance initiatives for Pipe's financial products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure adherence to financial regulations
Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Provide expert guidance to internal teams on regulatory matters
Prepare and submit required compliance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field
Proven experience in compliance analysis, preferably in fintech
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
