Requirements & Qualifications
  • 12+ years in creative; experience as Creative Director or Group CD.
  • Strong portfolio with multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional craft across creative, copy, and visual design.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; in-house and with agencies.
  • Performance-based pay with equity, bonuses, and 401(k) matching.
