Senior CRM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Schwartz Media Strategies, a media strategy and solutions company, is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, integrate CRM with other systems, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Configure and customize Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules
• Develop workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom applications
• Integrate CRM with enterprise systems and third-party applications
• Perform data migration, system upgrades, and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, and security roles
• Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services, and Agile methodologies
