Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Job Overview

Serve as a trusted advisor on deal construction and negotiation of complex transactions. Own and manage a book of business; support and track high-value deal negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed deals; provide feedback; ensure accuracy and policy compliance; escalate as needed.
• Review commercial redlines and draft terms to help close deals.
• Enforce data integrity across closed opportunities; ensure contracts/docs are uploaded.
• Become a CPQ subject-matter expert; support configuration and train Account Executives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Software/SaaS with Deal Desk, Finance, or Revenue Ops.
• Read, understand, and draft contractual terms.
• Manage high deal volume and tight deadlines, especially quarter-end.
• Familiar with SaaS metrics, including ARR.
• Experience with Salesforce and quoting tools; proficient with Excel.
• Bachelor's degree; software revenue recognition knowledge; experience supporting complex deals.
