Join our International Team as a Senior Analyst in Digital Marketing, where you will be the analytical backbone of our marketing strategies. This remote role offers the opportunity to drive impactful data-driven decisions, optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search and Display, and pave your way toward a future Account Manager position.

Job Overview

Lead analytical initiatives to enhance digital marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights.
Utilize advanced tools and methodologies, including SQL, Power BI, and AI-driven platforms.
Support the design and execution of campaign tests to validate and optimize strategies.
Contribute to ongoing campaign management and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze campaign data using SQL and Power BI to uncover insights and recommendations.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests; validate results and recommend rollouts.
Apply segmentation and clustering techniques for audience targeting and optimization.
Leverage AI tools for ad asset creation, keyword grouping, and predictive modeling.
Develop custom dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and budget pacing.
Partner with stakeholders to communicate findings and drive optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience analyzing large marketing datasets with SQL.
3+ years of experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
Proficiency in AI tools for marketing asset creation and predictive analysis.
Strong foundation in digital marketing, PPC, and Google Search/Display campaigns.
Expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical validation.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
