The Sr. Director, Growth & Digital Experience will turn the WordPress VIP website into a commercial revenue engine and destination for decision makers. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Growth, they will oversee the entire digital strategy and experience across rented and owned properties, focusing on conversion rates, user experience, and brand positioning.
The role includes developing a digital strategy inclusive of all properties, managing performance marketing and paid social, measuring growth and engagement across social channels and the website, and improving conversion rates to build an engaged audience. The Sr. Director will work cross-functionally to align performance marketing efforts with business objectives and optimize user journeys and website conversion rates. They must have expertise in enterprise growth, performance marketing, and digital marketing channels.
Key responsibilities include website vision, strategy, and execution; forecasting and analytics; performance marketing; insights-driven communication and iteration; execution and accountability; and team leadership and development.
