As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, you will lead and manage a team of Enterprise CS Managers, mentor their performance, and ensure effective CRM hygiene and data-driven processes. You will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise CS strategies with cross-functional teams, building executive relationships with enterprise stakeholders, designing customer journeys and adoption plans for top accounts, and monitoring adoption metrics and strategic KPIs for top customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Enterprise CS Managers, mentoring team performance
Ensure CRM hygiene and data-driven processes tied to outcomes
Develop and execute enterprise CS strategies with cross-functional teams
Build executive relationships with enterprise stakeholders
Design customer journeys and adoption plans for top accounts
Monitor adoption metrics and strategic KPIs for top customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field
10+ years of experience in customer success or SaaS
5+ years of leadership/management experience
Experience scaling CSM teams in hyper-growth environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with CS software and CRM tools
