Develop a custom microprocessor for waveform generation and control logic. Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software to define architecture and interfaces.
Responsibilities
Implement, simulate, and verify designs including DSP pipelines and high-speed I/O
Optimize latency, resource usage, and robustness for production
Develop and maintain testbenches, verification flows, and CI
Support bring-up, lab validation, and debugging with Quantum Engineering
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent
7+ years in FPGA design and development for complex mixed-signal systems
Experience architecting a new design from the ground up
Proficiency in Verilog and/or VHDL with toolchains (Xilinx/Intel/Altera)
Strong understanding of processor architecture and/or digital signal processing
Experience with high-speed serial interfaces (PCIe, JESD, SERDES)
