Job Overview

Run end-to-end GTM recruiting for Pre-Sales, Revenue Ops, and Customer Success. Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria and search strategy. Maintain candidate momentum and a rigorous process reflecting Promise's standards. Own the offer process including compensation benchmarking and negotiation. Build targeted sourcing strategies for each role. Develop and maintain pipelines for recurring GTM roles.

Responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end GTM recruiting for various departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria and search strategy
  • Maintain candidate momentum and follow rigorous process standards
  • Own offer process and negotiation for candidates
  • Build targeted sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines for recurring roles
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 4+ years in GTM roles in enterprise software
  • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates for senior roles
  • Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools such as ATS and Gem or Clay
  • Exceptional written communication skills
