Join our team as a Senior IT Consultant based in NYC. This role involves site visits to client sites, consulting with clients to research solutions, implementing projects, improving processes, documenting workflows, training users, and responding to ad-hoc requests. You will collaborate with the team on internal solutions and new technologies, travel to client sites, and work closely with the NYC office.
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of general IT support experience, extensive macOS and Windows desktop experience, Addigy/Jamf/Intune MDM experience, knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and SaaS familiarity. Experience with Public Cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure is also required. The ideal candidate should have authorization to work in the USA and be a community-minded team player who values collaboration.
