Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance and business continuity policies, standards, processes, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulations.
Act as the focal point for incident, change, problem management, and business continuity processes to ensure effective execution.
Create, test, and update business continuity management documents, guidelines, and procedures.
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of IT controls, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present reports and performance indicators related to IT governance, changes, incidents, problems, and business continuity.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information and implementing recommendations.
Support and guide team members and other departments regarding IT governance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in IT governance with a focus on incident, change, problem, and business continuity management.
Knowledge of ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks.
Experience developing and executing business continuity, contingency, or disaster recovery plans for IT environments.
Strong ability to create reports and performance indicators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience participating in audits and implementing improvements.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, flexible environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
