Job Overview

As a Senior Manager in B2B Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and scaling new B2B verticals to drive repeatable revenue. You will act as a mini-GM for one or more verticals, validate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing logic, and distribution model, and develop Go-To-Market strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Build and scale new B2B verticals
  • Act as mini-GM for one or more verticals
  • Validate ICP, pricing logic, and distribution model
  • Build GTM hypotheses and lighthouse wins
  • Own pipeline creation and early ARR targets
  • Hire and lead first team members in the vertical
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in relevant B2B roles
  • Proven revenue-building experience
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity with ownership
  • Experience in partnerships and channel development
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
  • Cross-functional leadership across product, ops, legal
  • Startup or high-growth environment preferred
